Knowing God and His attributes gives children the confidence of knowing that God is in control in an out of control world. He alone allows happenings according to His purposes.

Knowing God and the belief in His only Son Jesus Christ, gives children hope in the promise that they will live for eternity in peace, without sin, with God, once their earthly body dies.

Knowing God, gives children the understanding that they will experience all of the promises that He has reserved for them that believe in His Son.

Knowing God, gives children true joy amidst sorrowful circumstances.

Knowing God, gives children the knowing that they are forgiven once they say they are sorry.

As a parent, we cannot expect our children to live a life that we ourselves do not model.

Getting to know God, not only by reading what is written in His word, but truly studying what He says, helps us to understand our Creator and the depth of His love for His creation. Studying together with your child and unlocking the mysteries of the promise of a glorious future with Him is one of the most precious memories that you can create together.

Getting to know Who He Truly Is is different from learning about Him through another's perceptions and thoughts.
