Day camps at Chehalem Mountain Ranch

 

 Chehalem Mountain Ranch offers a Christian based day camp where your child has a horse of their "own" to take care of for their time at camp.

Working together with a camp counselor, your child will learn many aspects of horse safety and learn how to properly care for "their horse". From feeding, grooming, exercising, and yes, even stall cleaning(!) your child will be able to experience all of the delights of horse "ownership".

This camp is designed to promote self confidence, patience, trust, responsibility, but most of all FUN (!) through direct hands on experience with the horse.  

Sessions are small so each child receives individualized attention and instruction. Cost is $250.00 for the 3 days of day camp. Children are to bring their own lunch. Minimum age for horse camp is 5 years.
